MINI Summer Session!!!!: "CANTA" Routine........Focuses on the synergy of breath and emotion, weaving steps, stances, and strength moves beautifully, building in cardio cycles for a complete yet gentle full systemic workout!  Very Beginner-Friendly....a great way to "try it on".

NEW Summer Session!!!!: "Hearts In Motion" is back for its 2nd summer!  Let Kara Schmidt & Melanie take you through a fusion of both Yoga & Nia, for a class that will not only challenge your body, but also speak to your emotions and spirit.  Last summer was a great success and we are pleased to join forces once again. ALSO NEW!!!: "Hoops In Motion"......a "bring back your childhood!" class combination of using Heather's wonderful Hula Hoops - and the latest moves!, along with Nia movement and dancing!  Something for everyone; no prior experience necessary. For all fitness levels, we will explore and learn as we go!  Get the details on the "Class Dates/ Fees" page!

Alternate routine: "The 52 Moves".....this routine takes you on a journey through the entire Core 52 movements of Nia....a great way to build familiarity, precision, and comfort within many of the moves that are used in Nia routines.  Each movement is done in a one-minute cycle, set to invigorating music.  This gives you time to embody the move as well as energize it in your Body's Way. And, rest assured, it IS a powerful workout - you will sweat for sure!
